HURRICANE CLAIMS
I have handled hundreds of hurricane claims arising from Hurricanes Laura, Delta, Zeta, Ida, and Francine. I have helped homeowners get full and fair settlements of hurricane-related claims under their homeowner policies.
BACKGROUND
I grew up in a small town in Louisiana. My Dad was one of the few lawyers in town and was a well-respected and well-liked member of the community because he treated his clients like family. I decided to follow in his footsteps and become a lawyer. After graduating from LSU Law School in 1988, I served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Frank J. Polozola, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Louisiana. I then joined Vinson & Elkins' Business Litigation Section in Houston in 1989. At Vinson & Elkins, I represented Fortune 500 companies in commercial and antitrust matters. I also practiced for several years at the Beck Redden firm in Houston, one of the top boutique litigation firms in the United States.
In 2004, I decided to form my own firm, with an emphasis on client service. I have successfully handled a wide variety of personal injury and commercial litigation matters, large and small, on both the plaintiff and defense sides. I have successfully handled hundreds of hurricane-related claims for Louisiana and Texas homeowners.
MY PLEDGE TO YOU
Over the years, I have frequently heard family and friends complain about lawyers. The complaints often center around a lack of communication and a lack of trust between the attorney and client. I pledge to treat each of my clients how I want to be treated. I will always be available to discuss your case and answer any and all questions you may have. I understand that your case is very important to you, which means it is very important to me. You can trust me to handle your case with determination, expertise, and integrity.
